- My name is Maria, I live on the East Coast in Lincolnshire, with my husband, son, and the family dog 'Ruby'. I love everything country, from sitting by the log fire in winter to picking the sweet peas from the garden throughout summer. Country walks with the dog, making jams and homebaked cakes. I enjoy learning new crafts, including sewing, tapestry,painting and interior design-especially creating that country home and garden. I love colourful pots,jugs and bowls, such as Carltonware, Clarice Cliff, Shorter to name but a few, aswell as bright colourful soft furnishings and painted furniture.
